How are DBS antibodies purified?

Most of our antibodies are purified by chromatography on protein G or protein A sepharose. The antibody specific information can be found from the product data sheet.

What is the purity of DBS antibodies?

All our monoclonal antibodies have a purity of 95% or more.

What is the concentration of DBS antibodies and antigens?

The concentration of the products varies from lot to lot. The lot specific concentration is written in the vial label and in the lot specific data sheet which is shipped with each product.

What is the purity of DBS antigens?

The minimum purity depends on the product, but generally the purity of the antigens is >90% or >95%.

Do you have conjugated antibodies?

Yes, we are also providing conjugated antibodies as our customers request.

How should I store DBS antibodies and antigens?

The storage temperature is always -20°C  but for some products, it could be 2-8 °C. We recommend always storing the products as directed on the datasheet. 

What is the expiry date of my antibody?

The expiry date for unconjugated antibodies is 2 years from the date of manufacture and for conjugated antibodies, it is 1 year from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is written in the lot specific data sheet which is shipped together with the product. At the time of shipment to you, antibodies will have at least 6 months until the expiry date.

What is the expiry date of my antigen?

The expiry date for our antigens is normally either 1 or 2 years from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is written in the lot specific data sheet which is shipped together with the product. At the time of shipment to you, antigens will have at least 6 months until the expiry date.
